About the Role
ROLE SUMMARY:
This role is for someone who knows how to turn attention into revenue.
You’ll build and manage the marketing engine that drives our webinars, masterclasses, book sales, communities, and coaching programs. You will help shape strategy AND execute on a daily basis.
This is a hybrid role combining:
Marketing + Funnels + Sales + DMs + Ads + Email + Customer Journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing
- Build landing pages for webinars, lead magnets, and offers
- Write high-converting email sequences
- Create funnels (lead → nurture → convert)
- Manage basic paid ads across Meta/TikTok
- Research audience insights and content angles
- Track analytics and optimize campaigns
- Manage promotional timelines for launches
- Support with marketing materials for events and programs
Sales
- Handle warm leads in the DMs professionally
- Qualify prospects and guide them to the right offers
- Follow up with leads consistently
- Manage webinar attendees and post-webinar conversions
- Build a simple CRM to track all leads
- Increase conversion rates across the entire pipeline
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in digital marketing, funnels, or sales
Strong persuasive writing skills
Experience running basic Meta/TikTok ads
Understanding of short-form content environments
Basic knowledge of email marketing tools
Confidence in messaging prospects professionally
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Fast execution mindset

BONUS SKILLS:
Experience with Outreach, Wix, Manychat, Notion, or automations
Familiarity with personal branding
Experience organizing webinars
CRM experience
